  1. Boonton Arts Presents - Dog Days of Summer 2018!

    Boonton Arts - Dog Days of Summer kicked off on May 4th at 5:30, with a leash cutting in front of the Dog Days of Summer mural located at Church and Main Street by the mayor of Boonton, Matt DiLauri. They say that every dog has it's day, in Boonton they get the whole summer! Over 120 dog and cat sculptures will be on exhibit, up and down the entire length of Main Street, Boonton. Be sure to visit our one of a kind downtown to enjoy these incredible sculptures! All dog sculptures are available for adoption at Boonton Arts Etsy page, etsy.com/shop/BoontonArts, for a donation benefiting Northstar Rescue, Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter, Eleventh Hour Rescue, local schools, and future art projects in the community. Also, please join Boonton Arts in October for our Closing Party & Art Auction!   2. 16th Annual Boonton Main Street Classic Car Show

    August 12, 2018, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM @ Boonton Main Street

    This event is FREE to the public attending the event. If you are interested in having your car showcased at the Classic Car Show, registration is $20 day of. You can register your car at the Mattress Firm’s parking lot in the Wal-Mart plaza (304 Wootton Street for GPS). All of Main Street will be closed from 12pm till 6pm that day to make it a pedestrian district for the day. Main Street will be closed from Division Street to Hill Street from 12pm till 6pm for this event. The Plane Street Parking Lot (1) will be available for parking. Other satellite lots in walking distance are the Municipal Lot (9), the Kiwanis Lot (6), and the parking lot at Santaland (7). Boonton Trolley service will be available for pick up and drop off in the Boonton High School parking lot (306 Lathrop Avenue), Kiwanis Lot (150 Lathrop Avenue), the Municipal lot at Town Hall (100 Washington Street), as well as at the Train Station/American Legion Lot (on Myrtle Avenue).
