‘How’s Your Mental Health’ Educational Program

- The stresses of everyday life take a toll on all of us. As we age, we face even more new physical and emotional challenges every day. So how do we cope with all this change? Join us to learn what stressors can trigger a mental health issue and what community resources are available to help us achieve optimum mental wellness. Our speaker is Lucille H. Deutsch, CALA, CMC. Lucy is a certified geriatric care manager with LHD Eldercare Solutions and a consultant with the Mental Health Association of Essex and Morris.

Hope One
- Boonton will host the Morris County Sheriff’s Hope One mobile recovery access vehicle in June (date TBD). This resource offers critical support for persons struggling with addiction, and is operated by the Sherriff’s Community Services Unit. The Town of Boonton’s Police Department and Municipal Alliance Committee are expected to collaborate in making this free resource available. Please check the Town of Boonton website in April for the specific date/time when the recovery access vehicle will be in town.
